Innovation Assessment

Innovation fuels organizations for survival and growth in the future. Purdue MEP’s two-day Innovation Assessment helps improve product development methods and outcomes. MEP experts will identify actionable opportunities and the best methods to achieve them, as well as approaches to overcome obstacles. These steps are all about how to utilize employees and the supply-chain to create more value, for both customers and the organization. During the assessment, Purdue MEP experts will explore a broad-variety of factors in your operation that contribute to successful outcomes in innovation work. The first day is focused on the strategic aspects of innovation, while the second day emphasizes the details of product and service development processes. Key-decision-makers, executive leadership, members of middle-management, engineers, and production associates will be encouraged to participate and share their unique perspectives.
