Skills for Success Programs:

Purdue MEP has developed five Skills for Success programs to address the manufacturing skills gap in the areas of manufacturing, quality , supply chain and leadership. Our successful programs are helping thousands of people in the state of Indiana with skills they need to be successful in the manufacturing sector and beyond.

Leadership Skills for Success – designed for new supervisors and existing supervisors who want to improve their leadership skills to be successful leaders.

Manufacturing Skills for Success – designed for individuals new to manufacturing or the workforce.

Quality Core Tools Skills for Success - designed for individuals seeking an advanced quality role. 

Quality Technician Skills for Success – designed for individuals seeking a manufacturing Quality Technician career or those seeking to advance their knowledge in Quality.

Supply Chain Skills for Success - designed for individuals seeking a supply chain role.
