The Marmon Certified Lean Practitioner series builds foundational continuous improvement capabilities across the Marmon operating companies. Participants learn practical Lean tools to support data-driven problem solving, improve process performance, and contribute effectively to local and enterprise-level improvement initiatives. The series is delivered over 12 days in 2-hour segments. After each session, there is an optional 2-hour coaching opportunity with the instructor. The next series starts on February 4.
