FISHERS,  –

Purdue MEP and Allied Automation Partnering on Collaborative Robotics

Purdue MEP is pleased to be working in collaboration with locally-owned Allied Automation, a leader in advanced manufacturing technology solutions, to help spread awareness about the benefits of collaborative robotics and assist Indiana manufacturers with incorporating this technology into their operations. With unemployment at record lows, manufacturers are increasingly looking to advanced automation solutions to address their workforce challenges. Purdue MEP and Allied Automation are working together to help manufacturers understand the various uses and economic advantages of collaborative robots.

“Allied Automation, Inc. is excited to partner with Purdue MEP. We are currently focusing on workshops throughout Indiana, mutually supporting the education for small-to-medium sized manufacturers on the benefits and potential applications for collaborative robotics and flexible automation,” said Greg Dill, President of Allied Automation.

Purdue MEP and Allied Automation are also offering free on-site evaluations to assist manufacturers with identifying opportunities for utilizing collaborative robotics in their operations.
