FISHERS,  –

Purdue MEP, IMEC and CIRAS Announce FREE Automation Webinar Series

In today’s domestic and global manufacturing markets, U.S. manufacturers increasingly face competitive pressures that require them to make products that are better and more innovative than those of their competitors, as well as to make their products more quickly and at less cost. Advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation and robots, are helping U.S. manufacturers improve productivity, quality, and efficiency to enable greater business growth opportunities.

IMEC, CIRAS and Purdue MEP have partnered to provide a FREE webinar, seminar, and workshop series to educate manufacturers about the benefits and applications of advanced robotic and automation technologies in manufacturing operations. These events are being offered through the I-SMART project, which is funded by an Advanced Manufacturing Technology Services grant award from the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Our goal for this series is to educate manufacturers about these advanced technologies, provide assistance with defining the business case for these solutions, and offer resources to help with deployment.
