Responsibilities:

Mitch is the Senior Industry Advisor for the northwest territory of Indiana for Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). He works with organizations to provide trusted consultation, coaching/mentoring, training, and technical assistance services. Through the complete offering of Purdue MEP services, Mitch delivers high-value, cost-effective solutions to drive improvement, streamline processes, spur growth, and ultimately increase competitiveness. Mitch is adept at using his past manufacturing experience and electrical engineering background to identify opportunities that uniquely fit each organization’s current and future challenges.

Background:

Mitch has over a decade of manufacturing, engineering, and product development experience, having held senior roles within the electronics and lighting manufacturing industry. He brings hands-on experience across engineering, R&D, product development, and product management, along with experience integrating acquisitions and new business units. Leveraging this background, Mitch brings a practical, results-driven approach to helping manufacturers streamline operations, strengthen processes, and drive measurable growth.

Mitch earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and his M.B.A. from Indiana University South Bend.
