Responsibilities:
John is a Quality Specialist for Purdue MEP. He works with Indiana manufacturers to strengthen their quality management systems, prepare for certification and customer audits, improve quality processes, and build organizational capability through consulting, training, and hands-on support.
Background:
John’s early career included Systems Engineering roles at aerospace contractors IBM, Lockheed Martin and ITT. At ITT, he became a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and since then has driven quality and process improvement efforts across the aerospace, automotive, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Most recently, he served as Quality Manager for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, leading quality engineering, laboratory operations, calibration, inspection, and internal auditing while supporting multiple internationally recognized management system certifications.
John is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
In addition to his industry experience, John is a dedicated educator and mentor. He has facilitated Lean Six Sigma training across multiple companies and coached improvement teams that delivered millions of dollars in measurable business results.
