Sales Research Project Manager
Jake is responsible for administration of the Salesforce CRM including updating, improving, and training others on best practices. Jake conducts an analysis on a variety of sales research trends and data and uses the results to drive new sales tactics and projects designed to generate new sales for MEP. Jake works in conjunction with leadership, sales, and marketing to optimize client sales. Jake manages and executes lead generation in Salesforce.
Jake has over three years of experience in project management, customer relationship management, and market research. Prior to joining the Purdue MEP Team, Jake worked with numerous manufacturers in the staffing and recruiting industry as well as various computer software programs.
Jake grew up in McCordsville, Indiana and graduated from Ball State University in 2015. Jake currently resides in Noblesville, Indiana to be closer to his family and watch his younger brother, Dalton, play football for the Noblesville Millers.
