Responsibilities:
Dane provides training for a variety of topics for Purdue MEP, including Lean, Six Sigma, leadership, safety (OSHA 10-Hour & OSHA 30-Hour), and workforce development.
Background:
Dane brings almost 30 years of lean transformation and quality improvement experience to the clients of Purdue MEP, where he helps organizations surpass their quality and productivity target expectations.
He has extensive training in the Toyota Production System, Lean manufacturing, quality systems/ISO, Six Sigma, management system auditing, quality engineering, leadership training, sustainability practices, and more. He has earned certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, and quality assurance.
Having worked in various continuous improvement and quality roles throughout his career in manufacturing, Dane brings hands-on experience from the automotive, technology, and process automation industries. His previous employment includes Allegion, Endress+Hauser, Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America, PMC, and PKUSA, a Japanese automotive parts manufacturer.
Dane has been working with Purdue MEP since 2020. He has a B.S. in Environmental Science from Indiana University and has taken MBA classes at the University of Indianapolis.
