Responsibilities:
Ashley is responsible for the execution and management of lead generation programs. She analyzes a variety of sales research trends and data and uses the results to drive new sales tactics and projects designed to generate new sales for MEP. Ashley is also responsible for the administration of the Salesforce CRM with a focus on continuous improvement, data integrity, and training others on best practices. She works in conjunction with leadership, sales, and marketing to optimize client sales.
Background:
Ashley has been with Purdue MEP since 2022, having recently served as Associate Project Manager of Outreach. She has a wide range of skills from project management to customer service. She has a strong background in government and nonprofit administration.
Prior to Purdue MEP, Ashley worked as a program director with the Indiana Family & Social Services’ IN211 division as well as a training and project coordinator for Purdue Healthcare Advisors’ Rural and Public Health Process Improvement Team.
