The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented with a developed professionalism necessary to interact with a diverse clientele both internal and external to the University. This position will support the Manager of Administrative Projects as well as 4 Associate Directors with all departmental administrative and financial responsibilities. This will include administrative and hospitality needs to support the goals, mission and vision of the Purdue MEP Center. Support the coordination of conferences and meetings, handle internal and external verbal and written communication with visitors, clients, and Purdue faculty and staff; as well as create departmental and financial data spreadsheets upon request. This position will be responsible for making travel arrangements for staff and processing travel expense reimbursements adhering to all University guidelines. This position will be the key liaison with the Fishers Office Property Management Team and the key point of contact for all office supplies.
Industry Advisor (Southwest)
Under the mentoring of the Lead Industry Advisor, the Industry Advisor will be responsible for selling and managing consulting projects that involve helping businesses reach their workforce and competitive needs through efficiency, growth, and sustainability. This includes analyzing the needs of a manufacturing/industrial company or other business, determining the areas of improvement needed, developing work statements to address the areas of improvement, estimating the potential Return on Investment, presenting the proposed plan (including fees for the services) to the business executives, and executing Technical Assistance Agreements (contracts) with the client.
Senior Sales Research Project Manager
The Sales Research Project Manager will be responsible for the supporting sales teams research requests, as well as the data integrity of the Salesforce CRM. Tasks include routing qualified sales opportunities to appropriate staff and outbound prospect outreach.This role will update, improve, and train others on Salesforce best practices. Conduct analysis on a variety of sales research trends and data, and use these results to drive new sales tactics and projects designed to generate news sales. Frequently work in conjunction with leadership, sales, and marketing to optimize client sales. Manage and execute lead generation in Salesforce.
