Assistant Director, Business Development

As Assistant Director, Business Development, you will join a team of experts dedicated to providing high-value solutions that address the challenges of today’s manufacturing enterprises like; workforce readiness, automation, and robotics, workflow efficiency, operational transformation to drive the improved cost of goods, accelerating products introductions, or entering new markets. This leadership position will drive higher value servicing deals against a metric of the average contract value. You will develop the sales team by demonstrating through your actual works, the training, and tools of how to construct larger deals and embed these practices into the sales community of the center.

Business Development Advisor (Southwest)

Under the mentoring of the Lead Industry Advisor, the Industry Advisor will be responsible for selling and managing consulting projects that involve helping businesses reach their workforce and competitive needs through efficiency, growth, and sustainability. This includes analyzing the needs of a manufacturing/industrial company or other business, determining the areas of improvement needed, developing work statements to address the areas of improvement, estimating the potential Return on Investment, presenting the proposed plan (including fees for the services) to the business executives, and executing Technical Assistance Agreements (contracts) with the client.
