Delegation: Using Time and Resources Effectively
Delegation, when used properly, is one of the most important leadership skills. Effective delegation saves time and develops your people helping others to grow in capabilities, skills and knowledge. This learning module helps one recognize the need to delegate as a means to accomplish more through others. Delegation is defined, the delegation process is introduced and through the use of case studies, participants will evaluate what can and cannot be delegated. Several self-assessments will also be used as a means to recognize barriers and opportunities to grow toward more effective delegation.
