Event Details

A challenge for all organizations is how to initiate and sustain change.  In today’s contemporary business environment the need for change is critical.  Organizational change is the responsibility of executive leadership, and the quality of leadership provided is directly tied to organizational success.

Objectives:

  • To identify and develop a skill set that can be used to facilitate necessary change at all levels of the organization
  • Develop guidelines for taking disciplinary action

Outcomes:

  • Evaluate change initiatives
  • Be able to bring about change in a deliberate and predictive manner
  • Know when and how to bring about change
