Lean Principles have an established role in maximizing efficiencies and identifying significant cost savings in manufacturing settings. Successful manufacturers already know that the original 8 wastes are only part of the Lean Journey, but Sustainability is key to ongoing success.

This workshop with build on Lean Principles to help you see new ways to increase efficiency and eliminate 5 additional wastes! Incorporating sustainability into your continuous improvement processes will provide new opportunities to reduce costs through avoided purchasing costs, reduced emissions and regulations, new revenue streams, labor savings, and utility cost reductions.
