Skills for Success - Quality Core Tools

Four-Day Manufacturing Training Boot Camp for Quality Professionals. Candidates will receive a Purdue University Certificate of Learning.

Day 1 Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Learn how SPC can help you improve and control quality; obtain hands-on practice creating and interpreting SPC tools and measures including histograms, control charts, and process capability (Pp, Ppk, Cp, & Cpk).

Day 2 Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
Learn MSA terminology, tools, and techniques and perform a complete variable gauge reproducibility and repeatability (R&R) study.

Day 3 Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Learn about the APQP and PPAP processes and how they can help organizations ensure that products meet customer requirements.

Day 4 Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plans
Learn how FMEA, both design and process, can help organizations minimize failures and how control plans can help minimize variation and improve product quality.
