Marketing and Client Development Manager
Mindy oversees the creation and implementation of Purdue MEP's client development and marketing efforts, including branding, communications, marketing materials, and social media. Mindy also manages and executes lead generation in Salesforce. She previously served as the Sales Research Project Manager for the Center, and was responsible for administration of the Salesforce CRM, as well as analysis on a variety of sales research trends and data.
Mindy has over ten years of combined experience in marketing, economic development and project management. Prior to her coming to Purdue she served as the Economic Development and Chamber of Commerce Executive Director for a town in Northwest, Iowa. Mindy spent seven years working for two advertising and marketing agencies in Des Moines, IA in project management.
Mindy loves to be involved and give back to her community. Some of her past memberships include: Mid Iowa Growth Partnership Alliance, Professional Developers of Iowa, Mid Iowa Development Association, Iowa Chamber of Commerce Executives, Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Keep Iowa Beautiful/Hometown Pride Committee, Rotary, Sigma Kappa and Young Professionals.
Mindy is a graduate of Iowa State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising with a focus in Marketing and two minors in Speech Communications and Sociology in 2007.
Mindy recently won the Above and Beyond Award, Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships - Purdue University, 2016
