Greg provides Six Sigma Green and Black Belt training and project mentoring. He also provides consulting services in the areas of lean six sigma, process improvement, team effectiveness, leadership, and change management.


Greg retired from Eli Lilly and Company in 2015 after 31 years. For the last three years, he was a lean six sigma master black belt where he also led the company’s organization effectiveness center of excellence. Prior to his MBB role, he was a lean six sigma black belt supporting human resources for six years. In the black belt role, he led numerous projects including the initiation of Lilly’s global day of service, HR transformation, Asia talent strategy, and development of Lilly’s workforce principles. He become known as an experienced trainer, coach, and practitioner who brings a pragmatic approach based on broad experience.

Greg joined Lilly in 1984 as a design engineer in corporate engineering for production facilities. He held various engineering positions prior to moving to human resources in 1992. He has held numerous leadership positions in training and development, organization effectiveness, affirmative action/ EEO, employee relations, and HR operations.

A native of Indiana, Greg graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering in 1984. He also holds a master of business administration degree from Indiana University. He is licensed as a professional engineer (P.E.) in the state of Indiana and is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR and SHRM-SCP).
