Gene provides Lean and Green training as a Lead or Second Instructor as scheduled by Purdue TAP. He provide training services in Public Forums as well as at manufacturing locations in Indiana.


Gene has over 30 years of manufacturing management experience in operations and sales. His background includes positions as General Manager, Plant Manager, Sales Manager, and New Account Development Manager. In addition, he founded a plastics molding and assembly company making components and assemblies for the medical device industry and first and second tier automotive operations.

Skills & Expertise:

Since joining the Purdue University Technical Assistance Program in 2006, Gene has instructed and facilitated Lean Concepts at many companies in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. He was involved in the development of the Green Enterprise program and has traveled nationwide as Master Trainer for Green 401 TTT. Gene has been lead or second instructor in delivering all of the Green Training Modules. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
