Operations Support Manager


Job Responsibilities

As the Operations Support Manager, Don coordinates the day-to-day production and logistics required to support the center’s subject matter experts, trainers, sales staff, and consultants working with manufacturers throughout Indiana. In addition to the day-to-day activities, Don leads the quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives for the center’s internal production and logistics processes.



Don has over 30 years of experience in engineering, customer field support, training, operations management and facilities management.  During his career as a consultant in the CAD/CAM arena he worked in numerous industries including defense, automotive, electronics, power distribution and heavy machinery. Most recently he was focused on continuous improvement activities as they pertain to facilities management and brining his facilities up to a GOLD level standard.

Don holds an MBA and an MS-Global Supply Chain Management from the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI along with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
